- Each user is permitted to hold one active account only. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- You must notify 383 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Passwords must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any other party.
Security Responsibilities
383 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. Our platform uses SSL encryption to protect data in transit; however, the security of your password remains your personal responsibility.
3. Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 383 platform agree to use the service solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are expressly prohibited:

4. Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions on the 383 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that every deposit and withdrawal is made using a legitimate payment method registered in their own name.
Deposit Policy
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the selected payment method.
- 383 accepts payments via a range of Malaysian local methods, including FPX bank transfers, supported e-wallets, and other methods listed at the point of registration.
- Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for each payment method.
Withdrawal Policy

We will make every reasonable effort to ensure service continuity, though scheduled maintenance or unforeseen circumstances may result in temporary disruptions.
Account Suspension and Closure
383 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if:
- A breach of these terms and conditions has occurred.
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
- Account accessed by an unauthorised party.
- User provides false information during registration or the verification process.
If an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited at 383's discretion, depending on the nature of the violation.
6. Intellectual Property, Third Parties & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
